Hello!

I have been working in natural healthcare since 1997 initially training as a reflexologist before studying Traditional Acupuncture in 2008. I obtained a BSc Hons degree in 2011 which was awarded by the University of Portsmouth and I am a full member of the British Acupuncture Council.

I became interested in the link between the mind, body and spirit in the mid 90s when unresolved stresses in my own life caused me to experience anxiety and panic attacks. A counsellor helped me to re-evaluate my life situation which led me to retrain as a reflexologist and then as an acupuncturist. I have experience of working in a variety of clinical settings and have gained experience treating a wide range of conditions over the last 25 years.

My interest in natural healthcare continues to expand through further study and continuing professional development. I am particularly interested in how our mental/emotional lives and our environment affects our health & wellbeing.
